44e70d6d43 refactor: 移除 YY4366 相关代码
- 删除了 LogicServer/data/config/Platform4366 目录下的配置文件
- 移除了 ActivityType10016.lua 文件
- 从 Activitys.txt 和 GameConfigs.txt 中移除了与 YY4366 相关的引用
