refactor(Activity): 移除鲁大师相关配置和代码

- 删除了 LogicServer/data/config/Platformludashi 目录下的所有配置文件
- 移除了 ActivityType10024.lua 文件,该文件包含了鲁大师活动的逻辑
- 从 Activitys.txt 中移除了对 ActivityType10024 的引用
