refactor(Activity): 移除 ActivityType10032 哥们平台活动相关代码

- 删除了 ActivityType10032.lua 文件
- 从 Activitys.txt 中移除了 ActivityType10032 的引用
- 从 GameConfigs.txt 中移除了 PlatformGame2.config 的引用
