refactor(平台): 移除 Platform37 相关代码

- 删除了 LogicServer/data/config/Platform37/Platform37.config 文件
- 从 GameConfigs.txt 中移除了 Platform37 的引用
- 从 GlobalFunction.txt 中移除了 Platform37Gift 的引用
- 删除了 Platform/Platform37Gift.lua 文件
