fix(item): 调整飞鞋类道具的可叠加数量

- 将飞鞋和飞鞋(大)的可叠加数量从 9999 改为 99
- 移除了飞鞋和飞鞋(大)的 isShowUseBtn 属性
- 调整了 VIP 月卡的飞鞋点数奖励，从 1200 改为 120
