refactor(gateway): 修改 GateWay 服务名称

- 将 GateWay 服务名称从 "版本验收-网关服(sid=1001)" 修改为 "版本验收-分服务器" - 此修改统一了分服务器的服务名称，提高了配置的一致性和可维护性
