Kubbo 3de79cc1fa refactor(ShopConfig): 移除 ShopConfig 中的冗余配置项 
- 删除了 ShopConfig 中的多个冗余 shopid 配置项
- 优化了 ShopConfig 的结构，提高了配置的可读性和维护性
- 同时更新了 lua2json 工具的配置，以适应新的 ShopConfig 结构
