feat(configs): 为代金券添加专门的批量使用界面

- 在 StdItems.json 文件中，为 15元、30元、50元和 80元代金券添加了 "openUi" 字段
- 指定使用 "app.BagBatchUseWin" 界面进行批量使用操作
- 此修改提高了代金券使用的便捷性，提升了用户体验
