chore: 优化 run.sh 脚本
- 添加 tail -f /dev/null 命令，使容器保持运行状态
- 注释掉未使用的日志文件尾部跟踪命令

refactor(LogicServer): 在 run.sh 中添加停止服务器的步骤
- 在脚本开始时添加了 ./stop.sh 命令
- 这样可以确保在启动服务器之前，任何正在运行的实例都会被停止
