refactor(Activity): 移除微信礼包活动相关代码

- 删除了 Activity10014Config.config 文件
- 删除了 ActivityType10014.lua 文件
- 从 Activitys.txt 中移除了对 ActivityType10014 的引用
- 从 GameConfigs.txt 中移除了对 Activity10014Config.config 的引用
