build: 更新物品配置并调整数据处理顺序

- 新增 StdItems.xlsx 文件，用于物品配置
- 修改 json2excel.js 中的处理顺序：
  - 注释掉 SpecialRingConfig 的处理
  - 解除 StdItems 处理的注释
